A South African WWII MKII Brodie Combat Helmet
This is an Original WW2 South African Army Mk2 Brodie Helmet - (British Style Combat Helmet) invented and patented in London by a Latvian Inventor John Brodie in 1915.
After supplies of British helmets to the South African army ran dry, they began to make their own variation of the Mk2 which features 3 holes along the rear side for attaching a neck protector. This helmet has those three holes, this is a Genuine MK2 piece, Original Liner and chin strap.. an obscure but collectible WWII Helmet... ready to go.

We now have a link on our website that will direct you to Pack and Send for collection and shipping of your purchases. There are three local Pack and Sends you can obtain quotes from... Tweed Heads, Mermaid Beach and the other is Southport. For all larger items just email us and we can suggest a number of carriers to assist with interstate or local door to door delivery. We do not have time to ship anymore so please understand you must use Pack & Send, or Furniture carriers for larger items. Collection time frame is strictly 5 days after the auction... which is by 5pm the Friday following the sale
