A 619 Squadron Compilation of the Berchtesgaden Bombing
For the Patriot, WWII Enthusiast, Historian, or Mancave Decorator. This is a very interesting Professionally framed Compilation on the Berchtesgaden Bombing in April 1945. This piece includes photographs of the Squadron, close ups of Flight Officer Norm Gampe and him sitting in the Lancaster with his Bomb Drop count below his window. There is a coloured Picture of the Lancasters in flight, a clipping of the Newspaper heading the next day after the bombing, and details of the Mission on Squadron 619 letterhead. All double matted, with gilded and distressed frame ready to hang. This is a big impressive piece. It measures 120cm high by 57cm wide
