Conditions of Sale

1) The Auction house takes no responsibility for items descriptions or condition, they are bought by the seller at their discretion. You must draw your own opinion on each item, and live view if possible between 10am and 4pm the Friday prior to a live sale. Our lot descriptions are made with the best intention, and is the best we can do to describe each lot as accurately as possible. But we will not be held responsible for any error, that is why we offer you 5 days to request more info.
2) Items must be paid for within 48 hours of the auctions completion.
4) Any purchases not paid for will be blocked by Invaluable from any future bidding.
5) The Winning bidder will forfeit ownership of their won items if they are not collected within the specified collection time frame, Ownership of their items will become the property of the auction room and we reserve the right to sell them in the next auction to recoup storage fees. To avoid this please collect your items in the 5 day time frame. That is by the Friday after this Auction. If you need assistance please email us ASAP after the sale, and we can direct you to good local carriers to assist you.

Buyers Premium

Dear Buyers due to the Fees and charges charged by Invaluable and also Stripe (our international credit card processing company) our online buyers premium is higher than our absentee, phone, or in room bidders. . For live auctions we can usually save you 10% on your commissions with our 22% in room bidding commission, Online commissions are 28%. As of July 1st 2022 Invaluable has now increased their online bidding percentage by another 5%. We have not raised our commissions. If you wish to save that 5% please register through our website and you will not get charged the extra 5%. Invaluable has only added 2% to our website registrations so that will save you money. Sorry folks but Invaluables fees are out of our control.

Shipping Terms

We now have a link on our website that will direct you to Pack and Send for collection and shipping of your purchases. There are three local Pack and Sends you can obtain quotes from... Tweed Heads, Mermaid Beach and the other is Southport. For all larger items just email us and we can suggest a number of carriers to assist with interstate or local door to door delivery. We do not have time to ship anymore so please understand you must use Pack & Send, or Furniture carriers for larger items. Collection time frame is strictly 5 days after the auction... which is by 5pm the Friday following the sale
