A Large Model of South Australia's PS Industry Paddle Steamer
Commissioned in 1911, the PS Industry once worked for SA Water keeping the Murray River open to traffic by removing snags and later in the construction of locks and weirs. the steamer was retired in 1969 and spent the next twenty years slowly decaying away as a static museum. A Group of Volunteers formed in 1990 have restored the PS Industry back to working condition and it is now a tourist Paddle Steamer on the River. This is a large Hand Made Model of the PS Industry at 140cm Long. It is a lovely Decor Piece. be great in the beach house. Painstaking work in building this Model... its great fun. Youll need a big spot.
