Conditions of Sale

1) The Auction house takes no responsibility for items descriptions or condition, they are bought by the seller at their discretion.
2) Items must be paid for within 48 hours of the auctions completion.
3) All buyers must collect or have their purchases collected within 5 business days of the auction completion.
4) Any purchases not paid for will be blocked by Invaluable from any future bidding.

Buyers Premium

Dear Buyers due to the Fees and charges charged by Invaluable and also Stripe (our international credit card processing company) our online buyers premium is higher than our absentee or in room bidders. If you wish to save 10% on your fees feel free to call us and leave an absentee with us to bid on your behalf and you will not get charged Invaluables live bidding fee. We will help you where we can.

Shipping Terms

We can ship small items at our discretion within Australia as long as your purchase is over $100. We will not pack and ship items to an international destination. If you are an overseas buyer please contact pack and send at Mermaid Beach and they will assist you.
