A Saiko Kutani Sugar Bowl w/ Lid, (c1870) Signed
Saiko Kutani is the term for Porcelain Wares coming from the 19th Century Revival, of the original 16th century Production. They are famous for this very intricate and extremely detailed decoration. This piece has a faux Bamboo lid, the cherry blossoms are Moriage decorated (so very textural), and then there is the Gold Leaf Decoration. This piece is in undamaged condition and signed to the base. This is a Meiji Period Collectors Piece. It Measures 12cm high by 13cm Diameter

We do not have time to ship anymore so please understand you must use Pack & Send, or Furniture carriers for larger items.
