Lot 252
A WWI (c1918) Sam Browne Worn By the Colonels Uncle
A Sam Browne is a Wide Brown leather belt supported by a narrower strap that passes diagonally over the shoulder. It is part of a Formal Military Uniform. The one in this lot is the one worn by Colonle Reinhold's Uncle (who was also a Colonel named William Reinhold), in WWI. It is in excellent condition.
PS the photo is not William Reinhold, it was a historical photo i found to show how the Sam Browne was worn.
