An Indigenous Pandanus Basket and Hand Painted Baler Shell
This is an Indigenous hand woven Pandanus Basket (like the ones from the previous lot), but this one is bigger, and it has been paired with an Indigenous hand Painted Baler Shell. The baler shell is a large marine mollusc that can reach up to 45cm in length and lives on the sea floor. These shells are hard to get. Both of these pieces are in excellent condition. Details of the shell artist are inside the shell. These are first rate Indigenous artefacts folks no damage, these will make your place look amazing.
The shell is 30cm long. The basket 42cm Diameter
