c1811-1820 Regency Period Tea Caddy - Immaculate
This is a wonderful old Tea Caddy over 200 years old. The Caddy is in the form of a Sarcophagus, nice mixed Walnut and Kingwood construction, two Lead lined Tea bins, and a mixing bowl. It also has its original Solid Brass Bun Feet.
There is also a Sterling silver Period hallmarked Teaspoon that comes with this piece. I love the flat edge to the curved spoon. It shows just how much it was used to scrape the bottom of the tea compartments over the years...
It measures 30cm by 15cm and 17cm high
