Don't Be Fooled - This is 19th Century
I spent ages looking at this. I think this is George III, but of course check it out for yourselves folks and draw your own opinion. It has kingwood banding around the drawer front and down the legs, the internal construction is Oak, so its Mahogany on Oak, and the dovetailing is ridiculously fine. Then check out the sunfade to the top. Thats why i think its early. I also think it may have been cut down sometime during its life. This one can tell stories.
It is solid.... and It measures 54cm by 38cm and 46cm high
