Lot 24
German Post WWI Wild Inflation Notes - Rare !
This is a very interesting currency lot. This lot are currency notes After Germanys loss in WWI, when Insane Inflation had hit Germany and the value of their dollar was falling off a cliff. We've all seen the photo's of people pushing wheelbarrows of currency down to the shops to get a loaf of bread. This lot even includes a 500 Milllion Mark Note. These notes are mostly c1923. Its also interesting to see the backs of the high inflation notes were blank and not printed on to save money in printing. History here folks.
