Conditions of Sale

1) All purchases are final with the fall of the hammer, any disputes are at the auctioneers discretion.
2) All payments must be made within 24 hours of the completion of the sale
3) All purchased items must be collected within 2 days of the completion of the sale unless by prior arrangement.
4) All condition report requests must be finalised 24 hours prior to the commencement of the sale.
5) Danielle Elizabeth auctions make no representation or warranty as to the condition of items sold... it is up to the buyer to satisfy themselves prior to the sale commencement as to the condition of any item they wish to bid on.

payment terms and conditions

All payments for purchased goods must be made within 24 hours of the auction completion. All payments must be cleared and finalised before buyer can collect or arrange freight for their items.
Payment may be made by credit card... wire transfer... or cash on collection. If you use credit card there is a 2% surcharge on top of your invoice total to cover our merchant charges.

Buyers premium

At Danielle Elizabeth auctions there is a 16.5% buyers premium on the hammer price of all goods sold.

Shipping Terms

Items must be hand collected by either the buyer themselves or using a transport company. If you (the buyer) is remote to the gold coast or overseas we can recommend packaging and freight companies for you to use, and we can liase with them to have your goods removed off site and on their way to you. Bear in mind goods must be removed offsite within the two day pick up period so pre-arrangement of freight would be recommended.
