MBE Award w/ Certificate - Gunner John Godfrey RAN 1944
This is a genuine MBE award with original presentation certificate for Royal Australian Navy Gunner John Stuart Godfrey. This was awarded on January 1st 1944. This is not a print of the certificate but an original .... and is hand signed by King George VI. a very good and rare piece !
The award comes in its original fitted leather box.
The recipient has a full entry at the Australian war memorial, and you can google him to read about his military history.
