Josef Edelman is a listed artist and was actually Russian born then immigrated to Australia. He works almost exclusively in acrylics and oils. This piece (although it looks like a pastel) is an acrylic on board. Its a very Melbourne beach scene with those change room beach shacks.
This piece is in beautiful condition and has come from a major gold coast ocean front apartment.
The frame measures 71cm high by 50cm wide
