Terms & Conditions - You Must Read These !!
You have all clicked that you agree to our terms and conditions to get a paddle number.... so no post auction whining and negotiating.

In short you agreed to the following

Special Note: For this Militaria Sale, we expect you to make up your own mind regards authenticity of any lot. If we have listed it we do believe in it, we have refused around 400 lots for this sale that have come in that we deem to be fake... the items we have listed in this sale look good to us... but it is up to you. So please live view or ask for more info or Pics.

1) You are aware our descriptions are the best we can do to help remote bidders get a handle on what each lot is. We describe with the very best intentions. Any error in description is bad luck. You are buying from an auction (so no guarantees or warranty) This is why we post our catalogue online 5 days before the auction ends. To give you plenty of time to email us for further info or for more pictures. You All love buying at Auction House prices, then you must accept the occasional liability of buying from an auction house. We only want to be selling the real McCoy.... so if we have listed it we believe in it. That being said we cannot guarantee any lot, so please take that into account when bidding.
2) Regards jewellery if the item does not come with a Valuation.... We urge you to come and test the jewellery before the last day so you can satisfy yourself as to its carat weight etc. We do not test the gold so if its marked we will quote the mark on the piece. Gemstones we can check and they should be right
2) We give you the day before each auction live to live view. If you are too far away to view, that does not absolve you of your ability to view. So being too far away does not mean you can blame us for all your assumptions... LIVE VIEW .... OR AT LEAST .... ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE THE AUCTION!!, we are more than happy to send more pictures on any lot to help you try and verify authenticity and condition.

Lets be clear... unless you can live view... you may be taking a punt... you may buy a sleeper and be able to retire, or you may make an error and lose your bid price + premiums... So IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN OR AN ENQUIRY, EMAIL US BEFORE THE AUCTION AND WE WILL SEND YOU MORE PICS AND HELP YOU WHERE WE CAN. EYE VISIBLE DAMAGE IS SOMETHING WE CAN BE CRYSTAL CLEAR ON.

3) For Overseas Bidders that pay online with their credit card, we reserve the right to hold those purchases for 30 days before releasing them for postage. This is due to the huge amount of fraud purchases we are getting with overseas buyers using stolen credit cards. Yes True !!


DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PAY, OR WANT TO PLAY GAMES.

WE FIND THE BEST ANTIQUITIES GOING AROUND, AND YOUR BID IS LEGALLY BINDING. We now have an agreement with a collections agency who will pursue you if you bid and do not pay.

PS - Your bid price does not include shipping, and you must organise your own shipping. Collection is five business days after the sale and it is your responsibility to get it organised. Do not email us and drop it in our lap... we are too busy to play that game. Email Pack and Send... there is a link on our website under the shipping tab... email them and request a quote or pick up... they will liase with us !

BTW: we are not like other auction houses, we put multiple photo's up of almost every lot. So please make sure you view them all to get a good photographic idea of each lot. Often the extra photo's will help you decide on quality and condition. There is also a magnifying program for close ups :)
