The Priestess of Delphi - By John Collier 1891
This is a print but a very good print. It is of John Colliers original Oil painting titled the Priestess of Delphi done in 1891. It shows the Pythia sitting on a tripod Chair with vapor rising from a crack in the earth. They have also done a clear coat with stipling brush over the print so it looks like the real oil painting. Great colour, and a lot of feeling in this piece. It is in excellent condition.... and It measures approx 67cm high by 40cm wide
