Two Antique Chinese Pieces - Inc c1820 Qing Dynasty Compote
This is a good lot. One is an antique Octagonal hand painted timber serving tray, and the other is a an early 19th century (c1780-1820) Chinese Famille Rose Design Porcelain Compote. They both have good age and patina to them. The money here is the Porcelain Compote, its very rare and collectible, especially in the condition. It does have an antique staple repair (as pictured) but its so good that it will not really damage the value..... Antique staple repairs can even sometimes increase the value.
It measures 20cm diameter by 10cm high
