Conditions of Sale

* Items are bought as is where is with no warranty or guarantee
* All winning bids are legally binding and must be payed for
* Payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction conclusion
* Collection of goods for an onsite auction is not allowed on the day of the sale,.. only payment. Collection must however be made on one of the two days following the sale, after that there is no pick up as we (the auction house) is offsite back in our rooms.

Premium Explanation

Dear clients.... no we are not holidaying in Fiji on your buyers premium. Please bear this in mind. Invaluable take 5% as their fee for online bidders. Stripe (the online credit card system) takes almost 3%, and the most important Australian Tax Office takes 10% of your premium as a service tax as well. So thank you for your understanding with our Buyers premium, and thank you for your support.

Payment Terms

If you bid but do not pay for your items within four days... Invaluable will run your credit card for all auction charges you are legally responsible to pay.

Shipping Terms

Yes we can assist you with shipping and transport. We will help your carriers find your purchased lots and pack them out. Just make sure they are organised to come on one of the two days following the sale.
