Conditions of Sale

1) The Auction house takes no responsibility for items descriptions or condition, they are bought by the seller at their discretion.
2) Items must be paid for within 48 hours of the auctions completion.
3) All buyers must collect or have their purchases collected within 5 business days of the auction completion.
4) Any purchases not paid for will be blocked by Invaluable from any future bidding.
5) The Winning bidder will forfeit ownership of their won items if they are not collected within the specified collection time frame, Ownership of their items will become the property of the auction room and we reserve the right to sell them in the next auction to recoup storage fees. To avoid this please collect your items in this 5 day time frame.

Buyers Premium

Dear Buyers due to the Fees and charges charged by Invaluable and also Stripe (our international credit card processing company) our online buyers premium is higher than our absentee or in room bidders. If you wish to save 10% on your fees feel free to call us and leave an absentee with us to bid on your behalf and you will not get charged Invaluables live bidding fee. We will help you where we can.

Shipping Terms

We can ship small items at our discretion within Australia. Please bear in mind this is at our discretion. If we deem the item too fragile or too valuable we will not ship your item. Nor will we ship if you are outside Australia.. Please pay for your purchase first, then if you need shipping please email us and we will email back if we are prepared to ship your purchase. If not don't despair. Please email Pack & Send Mermaid Beach and they will happily collect and pack your item for transport.
