Conditions of Sale

1) The Auction house takes no responsibility for items descriptions or condition, they are bought by the seller at their discretion. You must draw your own opinion on each item, and live view if possible between 10am and 4pm the day prior to the live sale. Our lot descriptions are made with the best intention, and is the best we can do to describe each lot as accurately as possible. But we will not be held responsible for any error, that is why we offer you live viewing and 5 days to request more info.
2) Items must be paid for within 48 hours of the auctions completion.
3) Items Must be strictly collected within 5 business days of the Auction Completion.
4) Any purchases not paid for will be blocked by Invaluable from any future bidding.
5) The Winning bidder will forfeit ownership of their won items if they are not collected within the specified collection time frame, Ownership of their items will become the property of the auction room and we reserve the right to sell them in the next auction to recoup storage fees. To avoid this please collect your items in the 5 day time frame. That is by the Friday after every Auction. If you need assistance please email us ASAP after the sale, and we can direct you to good local carriers to assist you.

Buyers Premium

Dear Buyers due to the Fees and charges charged by Invaluable and also Stripe (our international credit card processing company) our online buyers premium is higher than our absentee or in room bidders. If you wish to save 10% on your fees, feel free to call us and leave an absentee with us to bid on your behalf, and you will avoid paying any associated costs associated with online bidding. We will help you where we can.

Shipping Terms

We now have a link on our website that will direct you to Pack and Send for collection and shipping of your purchases. There are two local Pack and Sends you can obtain quotes from... one is Tweed Heads and the other is Mermaid Beach. For all larger items just email us and we can suggest a number of carriers to assist with interstate or local door to door delivery. We do not have time to ship anymore so please undersatnd you must use Pack & Send, or MBE Broadbeach
