A Stool Used in King George V's Coronation 1911 - Marked
How cool is this. It is an English Oak Stool that was used to sit on during the Coronation of King George V .....that was held in Westminster Abbey in 1911. All original, original upholstery and in good sturdy condition. There were only 200 of these stools made for the esteemed guests of the Coronation. This stool is impress marked with the word Coronation, and no. 157. This was the stool for Sir James' Father ...Sir Thomas Henderson who attended the Coronation.
It measures almost 50cm high by 46cm wide
