Conditions of Sale

1) This is Auction Room Buying. folks... Absolutely No Guarantees.....no Warranties.... and no Refunds. By the time you have received your item we have already paid the Vendor.

The Auction house takes no responsibility for items descriptions or condition, they are bought by the seller at their discretion. You must draw your own opinion on each item, and live view if possible between 10am and 4pm the Friday prior to a live sale. Our lot descriptions are made with the best intention, and is the best we can do to describe each lot as accurately as possible. But we will not be held responsible for any error, that is why we offer you 5 days prior to the Auction to request more info. We represent sellers... not buyers. It is your job to do all your research and investigate all items prior to bidding.

2) We do not own the items we are selling, so if a lot offends you or you dont like it, simply move on and dont buy it.

3) Items must be paid for within 48 hours of the auctions completion.

4) Any purchases not paid for will be blocked by Invaluable from any future bidding.

5) The Winning bidder will forfeit ownership of their won items if they are not collected within the specified collection time frame, Ownership of their items will become the property of the auction room and we reserve the right to sell them in the next auction to recoup storage fees. To avoid this please collect your items in the 5 day time frame. That is by the Friday after this Auction. If you need assistance please email us ASAP after the sale, and we can direct you to good local carriers to assist you.
Finally folks Invaluable has just raised a new round of charges. They are now charging a $10 per Lot fee to any item that sells below $200, on top of the online bid commissions. so please bear that in mind when bidding ! This extra money goes to Invaluable folks not us the auction house

Buyer's Premium

30% + GST if you register through our website, and 33% + GST if you register through Invaluable.
Please note Invaluable are now charging the buyers a $10 flat fee on top of commissions for any lot that sells below $200. This is not charged through our auction house and not $1 of that goes to the auction house. That is an Invaluable Charge.

Shipping Terms

Yes we are happy to send Jewellery and Gemstones Global wide (You would have to request that from us, then we will send you a quote). Regards all other fragile or larger items ....We now have a link on our website that will direct you to Pack and Send for collection and shipping of your purchases. There are two local Pack and Sends you can obtain quotes from... Springwood (07 3299 3904) or Southport. For all larger items needing transport within Australia....just email us and we can suggest a number of carriers to assist with local door to door delivery. please understand you must use Pack & Send, or Furniture carriers for larger items. Collection time frame is strictly 5 days after the auction... which is by 5pm the Friday following the sale. If items are not collected by then..... the storage fees are $10 Per Lot per day. These will accrue until the storage fees are equal to or higher than the price paid for the items purchased, then they will be considered abandoned and the Auction house will assume ownership of these items and will sell these to pay for the unpaid storage.
